PROJECT TITLE: “EU for Water” – Component 1 (“EU4Rivers”)
POSITION: Marine Framework Coordinator (National)
STARTING DATE: Q1 2025
CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
LOCATION: Tirana, Albania
The Austrian Development Agency (ADA), delegated by the European Union (EU), leads the EU4Rivers project to improve water bodies’ quality in Albania. With a project budget of EUR 10.3 million and a timeline of 60 months, the project focuses on strengthening water and marine resource management in line with EU standards.
ADA seeks an experienced Marine Framework Coordinator to develop and support Albania’s marine strategy as outlined in Output 4 of the EU4Rivers project. Responsibilities include fostering institutional collaboration, providing technical expertise, and supporting the national alignment with EU marine policies.
